企業におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーション案件において、最先端のテクノロジーを活用した業務・ビジネスの変革を推進するために、戦略企画から変革実行・運用まで一貫した支援を行います。

・デジタルトランスフォーメーション(IT＋業務・組織)のためのグランドデザイン、変革ロードマップの策定
・既存IT・最新テクノロジーを組み合わせた全体アーキテクチャ・ソリューションのデザイン
・デジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトのデリバリー（要件定義～設計・開発～テスト・導入～定着化）
・グローバルプロジェクトのマネジメント。テスト・移行などの計画策定・推進・管理

◆応募要件
ITプランニング経験5年以上
・各種業務システム（カスタム、ERPパッケージ等）の導入経験
・次期システム導入の計画立案
・ベンダー製品ソリューションの評価および選定
・お客様との高度なコミュニケーション能力
・業務要件定義、システム要件定義、設計・テスト、プロジェクト管理経験
◆望ましい経験・スキル
・経営計画を実現するための次世代ITシステムの立案経験
・SAP/Oracle/IBM等の主要な製品ソリューションに対する導入経験や知識
・インフラからアプリケーションまで幅広い技術に関する経験および知識
・NEW IT関連スキル・経験（AI、ブロックチェーン、IoT、xR、量子コンピューティング等）
・Java/Python等でのカスタムメイドシステム導入経験
・グローバルプロジェクト参画経験
