---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Business Advisory Assoc Director WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES: • Building a personal relationship with key client staff • Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction • Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen • Collaborating with senior management on client account management and growth • Service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings • Pulling in additional resources when needed e.g. specialist teams or people for specific issues / opportunities • Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction and / or financial performance • Communicating across organizational boundaries – from engineers through to senior managers • Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities • Along with operational managers and technical leads, accountable for and contribute to the overall performance of the managed services division • Ability to follow hardware and software best practices as defined by the Managed Services management • Financial Management • Process capability development • Client Service Team/Service Delivery Team Project/Support Team Management and Work Management • Competency and Skill Management • People Development and Management • Process Compliance/Consistency, Quality, and Continuous Improvement • Scope and Client Service Delivery Tasks • Special Initiatives/Other • Team Finance and Resource Management OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Client Site - Non-Accenture Facility

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Standard SDL Profile
• >12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery
• 10+ years of supervisory experience
