Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to understand system intricacies and deliver timely solutions that maintain business continuity and enhance system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
