Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software quality and performance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Web Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to monitor and report software issues effectively.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and collaborate with development teams to identify potential quality risks.
- Skilled in automating test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Web Testing.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
