Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and ensure seamless integration of system components, contributing to the overall success of the project and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain IDBS ELN templates, workflows, and forms.
- Collaborate with scientists and IT teams to translate laboratory processes into digital workflows.
- Integrate ELN with laboratory instruments, LIMS, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Optimize system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Hands-on experience with IDBS E-WorkBook platform.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory informatics and scientific data management.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and scripting for system integration.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharma/biotech R&D.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
