As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting to evolving project needs to drive overall success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project obstacles.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Experience in defining project scope and monitoring execution of deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Competence in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within project environments.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to support project and program success.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
