Large Language Model Architect
Project Role Description : Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language. Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data.

Summary:
Own delivery across Pod 1 (Context and Ontology), Pod 2 (Agent Runtime), and Pod 3 (Platform DevOps) — approximately 17 engineers
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set engineering standards, conduct technical reviews, and unblock teams on architectural decisions within your pods
- Lead hiring for all engineering roles within your pods — you are the primary evaluator of technical talent for roughly half the organization
- Partner with the Lead Architect on cross-pod technical decisions own escalation from your pods to the architect
- Establish engineering practices: code review standards, incident response, platform release process, and on-call rotation
- Report on pod health, delivery risk, and engineering quality to the MD surface hiring gaps and skill needs early
