Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software components are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions remain robust and adaptable to evolving needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in managing software development life cycles and iterative delivery.
- Ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Skilled in risk management and issue resolution within agile projects.
- Competence in using project management tools to track progress and report status.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
