What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.
What are we looking for? •14-18 years of experience, with at least 6-8 years of F&A domain experience 4-6 years of training experience on process/language/soft skills and handling/leading Knowledge Transitions across geographies Training Need Analysis, Innovative Learning Solutions Learning Content Analysis, Design & Development Training Evaluation Strategy Extensive training experience – Coaching, Process, Soft skills/behavioral training, Compliance training, etc. Issue / escalation management & resolution Client and Stakeholder management Collaboration in global teams Team management & mentoring Work Agility Presentation / Facilitation Skills Strategic Thinking , Design Thinker Operational Excellence Certifications in Learning and Development Must have a diverse portfolio of domains Must manage multiple domains (F&A domain experience preferred) Experience in direct operations training is required Ability to understand both stated and unstated client needs and manage client relationships Support and partner with core operations to deliver client training requirements Design and deploy training solutions with a material impact on day-to-day client activities Preference for candidates who have worked their way up from an associate level
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach • Some latitude in decision-making in involved • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
