Typical activities
The specific details of Business Operations Analyst’s role do vary, but common activities include:
Assist with global Accenture Canvas process and ensure compliance for smooth project delivery in collaboration with project management and creative team.
Manage global scheduling through project management software on a daily basis
Collaborate with team leads to manage request pipeline and monitor team capacity
Responsible for tracking budget and helping with monthly reconciliation
Work alongside team to develop monthly reports for leadership and clients. Help to improve visuals and ease of use of reports.
Responsible for various administrative tasks such as queue tracker, deadlines, type of requests, etc.
Qualifications
Your basic skills
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in an operational role
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Expert Microsoft suite knowledge - especially Excel
Experience / willingness to learn new systems / tools: Workfront experience is a plus
Confidence to work independently or in a group, and to collaborate across regions
Excellent problem-solving skills; solution-oriented mindset
Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
Operate with a sense of urgency, the ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines
