Job Description

Working as part of Accenture’s Technology Marketing + Communications team, this position will be responsible for supporting marketing and communications activities for our Accenture Ecosystem Partners.

We are looking for a marketing and communications professional who can effectively influence and collaborate across Accenture. In this role, you must be able to quickly understand, analyze and communicate technology innovations and trends and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.  

While there is never a typical day at Accenture, and that’s the beauty of it, here are a few highlights about the role: 

  • Design and implement marketing and communication strategies and campaigns across a wide range of channels including positioning, go-to-market campaigns, thought leadership, events, people engagement, Accenture’s Foresight thought leadership app, social media and

  • Develop and help manage partner marketing programs such as campaigns, events, and awareness or communications programs to drive image development, and interest and demand for sales growth.  

  • Develop content for executive communications for speaking engagements and people communications.

  • Support Accenture-owned and third-party events by helping set event strategy and content plan, managing various aspects of Accenture’s involvement including theme, presentation/content development, event-related internal and external communications, client invitations, web pages and other marketing materials. 

  • Collaborate with various marketing and creative teams to write and deliver internal and executive communications through various channels. 

  • Draft and create internal and external communications for various channels, including email, video, blogs, and portal pages, infographics and social media. 

  • Work with Accenture business and sales leadership and local and industry marketing teams, to maximize use and relevance of partner marketing materials and live content. 

  • Manage internal and external agencies, writers and creative designers as needed.

  • Manage workflow using relevant tools to support strategic planning, marketing operations, budgeting and reporting.  



  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications or related.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing with strong background in content. development, events and program/campaign management and an interest in learning about emerging technologies and how they can bring value to clients.

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in marketing related to partner marketing with Ecosystem partners, cloud, AI, metaverse, cybersecurity, next-generation computing or space/science tech.

  • Experience in the technology industry and for a large, global organization is highly desirable.

Skills & Qualifications

  • This role requires both excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Ability to digest complex issues and topics and communicate them in a way that is easily understood by a broad audience.

  • Strong organizational, program and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects.

  • Demonstrated marketing program and campaign management.

  • Strong PowerPoint and writing skills, familiarity with “Weekend Language” a plus.

  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a virtual, problem-solving environment.

  • Able to work effectively and independently and at speed across functional and geographic groups.

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting, either military or civilian.

  • Personal flexibility to work virtually, sometimes in the office and travel if required.

  • Willingness to participate in meetings outside of regular business hours to accommodate other time zones.

  • Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries.a
