Use Analytical methods and cloud technologies to improve Client businesses by enabling data science capabilities at scale.
Work in interdisciplinary teams that gather technical, business, cloud and data science competencies that deliver work in agile methodologies (at client localization, remotely or mixed).
The range of your accountability, responsibility and autonomy will depend on your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels.
Qualifications
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
Have minimum Bachelor's degree in discipline like Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance from an university of repute.
Have excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish would be an asset.
Have experience within industry or consulting (preferred) with an international exposure in Banking or Insurance.
Have knowledge and experience on one or more of below topics:
KYC/CDD (process understanding and optimization techniques, customer risk modelling, customer segmentation).
Sanctions (e.g. false hit mitigation techniques or similar operational activities).
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and transaction monitoring systems (models/ scenarios development, design, calibration, tunning)
Previous financial crime advisory and change management experience on policies and procedures would be an asset.
Development and validation of various categories of risk models including credit, market, operational etc.
Screening (transaction screening, name screening, entity resolution)
Quantification and validation of Basel parameters, i.e. PDs, LGDs and EADs; VaR and exposure modeling, stress testing, capital & liquidity modeling, counterparty risk
Have basic knowledge and experience of topics in at least one of the following areas: data mining, data modeling, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, insight generation, clustering, supervised learning: regression analysis, generalized linear model, decision trees, SVM, etc. ,,
Are able to derive insights from large amounts of data from diverse sources
Have deep knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Python, SQL, R, SAS, Matlab. Knowledge of Hadoop, AWS, GCP, Azure, Spark, Palantir, Fircosoft, Snowflake and other data management or data processing tools will be an asset.
Possess strong aptitude, ability, motivation and interest in placing quantitative analysis in the context of risk and business economics.
Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills allowing leading workshops/ meetings with stakeholders.
Comfortable function in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm.
Are excellent team worker with ability to work in distributed delivery environment.

We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
