What will you do:
Document the client's needs and requirements in the field of automation of financial processes through meetings with business and IT representatives and the developers’ team and translating them into the design of the target solution
Build functional solutions for the management of multidimensional data models for financial reporting purposes
Provide analytical support for the client in the scope of ongoing projects (Business Partnering)
Cooperation with the project team to coordinate activities and ensure high quality of the delivered solutions (Team Member)
Maintaining design documentation regarding the tasks performed
Participation in the process of testing and implementing system solutions developed
What we expect from you (must have):
University degree in finance, accounting, computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics or equivalent
knowledge of accounting principles and financial matters in the field of financial reporting, planning and budgeting, and/or consolidation of financial data at the statutory and/or management level
2-3 years of experience in financial reporting or experience in implementing EMP/ERP systems from the implementation team or key user perspective
Knowledge of financial/business processes and their translation into functional solutions in the ERP system
Ability to understand the needs of business and technology, including the ability to translate technical issues into a language understandable to representatives of the business and financial community or vice versa
Highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills: communication, teamwork, creativity and proactivity
A real desire to develop long-term competencies in the area of financial transformation combining (1) financial knowledge with (2) technical skills
Knowledge of SQL
Additional (nice-to-have) skills:
Experience in preparation of system functional documentation
Knowledge of CCH Tagetik ERP software from user/administrator and/or developers’ perspective (implementation experience)
Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (Agile and/or Scrum)
Certifications in ERP/EPM.
