Job Description

Accenture looks for a RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and/or ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control) experience people having at least 3+ years of direct experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle management, Role Engineering, SOD build and engineering with 4+ years of RBAC / ABAC – Role Discovery, Role Configuration, SOD – Segregation of Duties and Toxic Configuration in any type of industry.

The person for Role-Based Access Control will join a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within IAM Implementation Team.

This position will include hands-on engineering and development of IAM solutions as well as support of vendor products primarily related to Role Based Access Control, Attribute Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties and Identity Governance. Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of the IAM Product Management Model.

An ideal candidate will have strong engineering skills as well as the ability to help support the full lifecycle implementation of IGA product. The RBAC and ABAC Team member will define, design, develop, implementation and rollout the Identity Governance and Administration with focus on Identity Governance, Analysis, Segregation of Duties design and implementation on a GRC suite.

What will you do:

  • Apply RBAC and/or ABAC framework to customer’s environment, that includes definition of RBAC and/or ABAC and implementation of RBAC and/or ABAC from scratch as well as where the model already exists but requires re-design.

  • Work with the overall IAM project team and deploy the solution through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies.

  • Work with application business owners for information gathering.

  • Analyze the data for role discovery and SoD identification.

  • Setup and integrate various application for LCM and certification.

  • Define custom integration solution, develop code for custom connector, SOA workflow.

  • Support testing.

Qualifications

What do we expect from you:

  • 3+ years of direct experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle management, Role Engineering, SOD build and engineering.

  • 2+ years of RBAC – Role Discovery, Role Configuration, SOD – Segregation of Duties and Toxic Configuration in Financial Systems.

  • Openess to work in CEST timezone (it is possible).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc).

  • Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.

  • Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.

  • Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, and MySQL.

  • Experience with one or more of the following: REST API integration, writing Linux shell scripts, experience with RBAC, IGA, GRC and SOD products.

  • Product/Program management leadership.

  • CISSP knowledge.

  • 2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle).
