Healthcare Data Analyst / Consultant
Passionate about healthcare and life science domain – data analyst to gather and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources to extract trends and insights. Interest and desire in data analysis to improve healthcare practices.
What will you do?
actively participate in data projects in using Cloud
understand client requirements for their data journeys
build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and teams
Qualifications
Who & What are we looking for
Interest and desire in data analysis to improve healthcare practices
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Bioengineering, Data Analytics)
Experience in scientific field relevant to the pharmaceutical industry such as biology, medicine, bioengineering
Fundamentals in programming language like Python/R and SQL
Fundamentals of Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google GCP)
Familiarity with Jira and other Agile tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Experience in developing NLP classic ML models for practical solutions
Knowledge of data consumption platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau
For managerial positions we require:
Project management skills with focus on Agile methodology
Strong track record of product management and shaping business strategy for technical products or services
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to coordinate technical discussions and communicate data insights to various stakeholders and other team members

Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
