THE WORK:
You will be the authority on Data hands-on knowledge for your colleagues
Support projects through their lifecycle, fostering continuous learning and passion for personal development.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, being proactive in skill enhancement.
Provide structure to project activities, showing commitment to constant progress and sharing it on the client meetings
Boost team morale and work both independently and collaboratively
Flexible work location: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office in Warsaw or in Cracow - depending on specific project circumstances.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience as a Delivery Lead with Data & AI technical skills.
Familiarity with Cloud projects and one of the areas: AI, ML, BI, Visualisation.
Understanding of SCRUM methodology (nice to have).
Experience collaborating in a multinational environment and with diverse landscapes.
Self-motivation, proactiveness, and openness to change.
Capacity to manage unexpected situations.
Strong analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation talents.
