What will you do:
You will have ownership of End to End recruitment process
Responsibility for regular updates and communication about projects with them
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates
What do we expect from you?
At least 6 months of proven experience in recruitment
Experience in recruiting for Finance & Accounting, Compliance & Customer service profiles
Excellent Polish & English skills
Preferred understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools (Workday), sourcing channels
Interviewing experience and skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
