Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.

What will you do:

  • Record, verify and execute transactions with a high level of complexity according to process documentation.
  • Comply with standards, policies and procedures defined, especially Law of Drugs and GxP procedures.
  • Deep understanding of the process and activity split
  • Support in solving, follow up on issues and looking for solutions across teams.
  • 1st escalation point on operational matters 
  • Update, creation and review of SD.
  • Monitor and implement changes in ICS internal controls for the respective area across teams.
  • KPI SLA monitoring on team level and support for team for KPI SLA questions trend check and proposals for improvements
  • Coordination and organization meetings with value stakeholders calls
  • Participate in the calls, meeting minutes preparation, process presentation, professional communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and conduct trainings workshops for internal and client purposes
  • Actively support TL and team in all process related tasks
  • Operations daily task workload distribution, ICS and daily control supervison, Review activity split and create demand in case of deviation, First Second point of contact in case of questions within the team, Internal Expert network participant
  • Specialization in chosen process area company,
  • Engage in global process initiatives.
  • Actively participate in projects leading projects optional.


What do we expect:

  • Customer service experience in an international enviroment.
  • Experience in order management and claim management
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
  • Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Italian
  • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude
