- Job description

• This position drives Accenture’s call center vendors to meet expected service levels and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• This involves managing operational performance at the assigned vendor site at a detailed level. This position directly manages the performance of assigned site(s) to ensure implementation of approved Accenture/client strategies.
• In addition, this position proactively identifies opportunities, presents business cases, and garners approval to drive initiatives aimed at improving the customer interaction process.
• This position works directly with the Vendor Performance Manager and Delivery Operations Lead to determine initiatives and priorities for their assignment.
• This position is expected to work onsite in assigned center a minimum of 85% of the time, or to business need.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred plus two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience including: • 2 years experience in Contact Center Industry required (4 years preferred) • 2 years experience in Order Management and Provisioning • High volume customer interaction organization management including a demonstrated ability to attain measurable goals • Call center management heading a large team (50+) preferred • Call Center vendor management experience preferred • Experience working with consulting, third party contractors, and vendor personnel preferred
