- Job description

• Responsible for doing L2\L3 on incident management, problem management and small enhancements.
     • Able to communicate well (both verbal and written) with end clients
     • Respond to tickets according to agreed Service Level Agreement with the client
     • Assess and estimate work efforts for service requests
     • Provide status reports to direct supervisor
    
1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
     2. Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
     3. Experience in working on Oracle EBS or Oracle ERP projects
     4. Application Outsourcing - Production Support experience
     5. Extensive experience in Oracle Finance and Planning, Oracle DTR Projects, OBIEE
     6. Oracle Certification
