Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
- Verifies candidates background by contacting references. Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.
- Helps employees by explaining benefit programs.
- Partner with client team to create offer letters for new external candidates and transfer letters for internal candidates
- Ensure that offer letters are generated in a timely manner per the agreed process which includes verification that all details match the system.
- Ensure that all details within systems are reconciled for accuracy and conduct reviews to identify if there are any discrepancies between systems; follow up with the client team to correct these as required.
- Manage employee files ensuring documents are scanned, indexed, and filed in correct file. Create new files and folders as necessary.
- Provide first level functional support to customers needing assistance with onboarding related transactions
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Open to fresh graduates
- Excellent communication skills & customer service attitude essential
- Must have effective time management skills to ensure duties are handled successfully, and works at minimal supervision
- Computer skills including MS Office applications, prior experience in working in ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Workday are an advantage
