Identity Access Management (IAM)

Job Requirements :

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience;

• Skills/Qualifications: Prior experience at least 3 years in leading solution development in a reputed organization;

• Deep knowledge and experience in Cyber security Infra Sec, App Sec, Threat and Vulnerability Management and Identity Access Management is necessary;

• Should be a good presenter; Should have leadership qualities;

• Should keep himself/herself up-to-date on various SA Cost models and processes, work independently to develop IDL files;

• Good communication and collaboration skills;

• Prior experience in leading solution development will be an advantage;

• Experience in leading delivery and solution planning of large, complex deals at least 2 engagements 25000 work days;

• Comfortable in using relevant tools and estimators;

• Comfortable working in extended working hours if required;

• Certifications CISSP, CISM, CISA Good to have; Cloud Security knowledge and certification AWS, Azure etc; Solution Architect Core Training;

• Solution Architect Advance Training Good to have

• Advanced problem diagnosis for applications and infrastructure areas;

• Knowledge of Simulation Environment to reproduce issues, and prepare the resolution;

• Experience performing root cause analysis and resolution;

• Minimum 4 years of directory product experience any LDAP based directory products such as Microsoft Active; Directory, Oracle/Sun Directory Servers, IBM TDS, eNovell Directory, more than one would be preferable;

• Programming experience that includes Java and shell, LDAP scripting;

• Should have involved  in major aspects of Directory Servers which include designing topology, data design flow, building security elements, schema design, and other related technical components;

• Practical experience in implementing complete project life cycle - from capturing customer requirements to delivering solutions;

• Awareness of global security standards such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA;

• Experience in implementing and architecting Authentication, Authorization, Provisioning, Identity and Access Management;

• Good knowledge of basic security concepts and certificate management;

• Experience of using monitoring tools;

• Knowledge of Service Management and SLA Measures / Metrics;

• Prior experience working in remote teams on global scale;

• Experience with product installation, patching and upgrading;

• Experience on integrating and maintaining applications requiring LDAP;

• Certifications:

• ITIL or equivalent Good to have

• Vendor certifications on Directory Management Good to have

• Vendor certifications on Identity  Access Management tools Good to have

Work Requirements:
Willingness to travel as required
Willingness to be on call support and work occasional overtime as required
