RESPONSIBILITIES
Work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams.
- Support Mobilization Leads and Outsourcing Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials
- Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream
- Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities
- Apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts and alternatives
- Lead a workstream or a defined portion of a Service Transition program and/or plays a key delivery role within a program
- Define, build, and implement workable components to Service Transition programs by leveraging existing standard solution components as much as possible
- Adhere to and implement Mobilization methods and tools
- Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/workstream of a Service Transition program
- Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility
- Lead detailed designs and build of at least one workstream component or sub-component working within the guides of the overall Solution Blueprint
- Provide peer review to other service transition activities
- Contribute to Mobilization capabilities and the Knowledge Exchange
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years project management experience in a BPO setting
