JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handle Tier 2 tickets
• Attend weekly calls related to process
• Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled
• Serve as Focal Person for other Project initiatives
• Provide an accurate, complete and customer friendly response when handling ticket service to employees
• Create and submit BAU and Adhoc reports within the team and the organization
Qualifications
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
• With at least 2 years experience in payroll
• SAP background is desired
• Open to those that are from non-BPO industries
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
