Job Summary:
Sales Excellence provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. Sales Excellence partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals.
This change management & training professional will work on the priority initiatives within Sales Excellence Corporate Function. This professional will contribute to transformation programs within Sales Excellence and help drive change management initiatives within our Accenture sales priorities supporting our leadership and teams (client and deal teams).
Change Management resources will support the change strategies, enablement and ongoing engagement of important change initiatives that help Sales Excellence as well as our Selling at Accenture audience. Team members will work to deliver end-to-end change management offerings (includes process and tools) within our Sales Excellence services helping to enable our 14 offerings and their successful delivery. This means ensuring change and adoption for the internal teams supporting the offerings as well as the leaders, practitioners and sales teams who use the service.
The change team will ultimately help drive Sales Excellence’s Center of Excellence and enable Sales Excellence to deliver best in class sales and deal support.
Change Management professionals provide knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change; likewise, expertly execute key deliverables related to content, engagement, and enablement for change initiatives.
You will be exposed to various types of projects. You’ll be responsible for gathering data, analyzing problems, discovering insights, formulating hypotheses, delivering recommendations, and driving the changes for the Sales Excellence team which will include activities such as creating content for various audiences, providing training and other enablement and creative engagement activities. Projects will support our Sales Excellence team, our services (processes), and/or the leaders and teams we support including special initiatives for our sales leadership.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Contributing to and/or leading change management initiatives within Sales Excellence priorities.
- This includes (but is not inclusive of all) the following type of deliverables- Content development related to change program, training assets (including delivery or training), videos, job aids, adoption communication campaigns, workshop design and delivery, user research and discovery, etc.

Qualifications
Must Have:
Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant experience in change management or services within the change management offerings
Familiarity with organizational change management concepts and approaches with experience in supporting change management initiatives either end to end or key services
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with training material development and deployment
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), particularly skilled in PowerPoint presentations
Good to Have:
Sales, sales enablement related background
Knowledge of engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools a plus (community, reporting, survey, mentee, etc.)
