- Job description

The DC Mobilization Architect team is part of the Mobilization Team that supports the onshore deal teams in:
1) Responding to proposal requests and winning new deals
2) Transitioning new deals into The BPO centre by preparing Transition plan and costs
3) Managing client facing activities, primarily during client visits to the BPO centre
4) Responsible for the design, implementation and process updates relating to pre-sales, visits and transition activities.
1) Graduate of any four- year course 2) Minimum of 8 years work experience in transition or project management work in a BPO/Shared Services environment 3) At least 3 years managing medium to large teams 4) Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills 5) Excellent written and oral communication skills 6) Proficient in MS Office
