Job Description

The Mobilization Lead is responsible for directing Mobilization projects during Solution Realization and Service Transition activities. This includes: defining and implementing processes, organization and operating infrastructures required to set up and begin operations of a new outsourcing engagement, program management of transition activities of services from one operating entity to another, strategic and tactical planning activities during the pre-contract/pre-transition solution phase, risk, issue, mitigation and dependency management
The Mobilization Lead will take/have responsibility for large, complex programs across multiple work streams. This includes: transitioning work to other geographies, overall accountability for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of all the applicable deliverables within assigned work stream(s)/projects within budget/cost, timely escalation of risks and issues to senior Mobilization, delivery, or to the general leadership governance structure, variety of workstreams – across onboarding, training, technology, scope and SLA confirmation, risk management, service readiness, communication and change management, etc., people management of assigned Mobilization and/or delivery resources


a) Graduate of any 4 year course. Experience preferably in outsourcing, shared services, operations and project management b) At least 7 years relevant experience in transition or project management work c) Should have above average verbal and written English communication skills (verbal & written) d) Proficient in MS Office e) Should have strong analytical skills that can recognize unusual operational trends.
