This position is accountable for utilizing Contact Center operations to perform a variety of assigned roles and project tasks involving Quality (e.g. Assistant Processing, Complaints, Feedback) of Contact Center personnel for an outsourcing unit.
• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree • At least 1 year relevant work experience
