The primary job function of the Reconciler is to research, investigate, and validate customer deductions. The Reconciler researches and credits valid deductions. Invalid deductions will be reassigned to the Credit Collection Analyst (CCA) for collection. The Reconciler works closely with the CCA to provide a full picture of the deduction landscape. It is this data that is used to identify internal problems within the Supply Chain or Order Entry process, analyze individual customer deduction behaviour, and assist in developing new practices, policies, and technological improvements for deduction management and reporting.
Graduate of any course, preferably Finance of Accounting. With minimum of 2 yrs relevant experience in outsourcing, shared services or operations and experience on Accounts Receivable.
