- Job description


• Collaborate with quality team to gather feedback and plan refresher trainings to help improve quality of service, tracks and manages CSAT due to training, presents training scores, highlights challenges due to attrition, and works closely with hiring to improve quality of hires
• Send weekly training updates to client stakeholders, monitor agent transactions to stay updated with product/ process changes and make necessary updates to training material


- Degree in any field - Training experience for a customer service or technical support engagement - Able to identify training needs and adapt to individual learning styles - Experience in coaching for improved performance and classroom management - Excellent analytical skills to be able to provide insights to operations on what is driving performance - Flexible in terms of mode of training delivery - must be effective in facilitating e-learning, instructor-led, scenario-based training and support the team till performance stabilizes
