Job Description
• Responsible for the activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Team Lead.
• Understand and perform Accounts Payable lead role.
• Assist Accounts Payable processors with questions and problems related day to day transaction processing.
• Assist the Accounts Payable Team Lead in supervising the activities performed by the regular Accounts Payable processing team within Manila Delivery Center.
• Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
• Escalates production issues to Accounts Payable Team Lead as appropriate.
• Ensures all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.
• Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period.

Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business courses
• CPA is an advantage
• Must have at least 3 years of Finance and Accounting/Accounts Payable experience
• Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience
• Experience in Service Level Agreement and Metrics
• Must have Client Management experience
• Experience with accounting systems
