• Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals in the GU
• Work closely with the MU People Programs Lead on programs and initiatives which are cross-DTE and with the People Advisor team to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground within the respective project sites
• Implement an HR Innovation GCP strategy & future landscape
• Prioritize basis leadership direction on business priorities and ground up innovation ideas from cross functional stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to leverage technology and innovation ecosystem partnerships to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground within the respective project sites
• Build a strategic business cases to expand GCP footprint which is both cost competitive and has Employee value propositions
• Architect the employee experience along with tech user experience teams using human centred approach, co creating with stakeholders
• Proactively monitor personnel issues or situations
