Job Description

The Total Rewards Analyst will design and communicate total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. The role will develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the respective function (MI and Planning, Equity, Pensions or retirement programs) for the delivery of Accenture's total rewards and ensure they are relevant, competitive and affordable. S/He will manage operational transactions as per the agreed norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Build and Implement Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with

Business and HR strategy

• Plan and coordinate the timely processing of all operational transactions related to

compensation, benefits, pensions and equity programs according to agreed SLAs and statutory


• Process operational transactions for the total rewards function depending on the functional

alignment (equity programs, pensions or compensation) which include managing data, creating

invoice and report, executing recurring and one-time release processes, maintaining control log,

payroll file audits, delivery of files to local countries, administering RSU share Sell-Back program


• Help develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing

requirements, ideas and resource)

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course, preferably related to Mathematics such as Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, etc. • Must have at least 1 year relevant work experience in any HR functions • Good communication skills, can articulate thoughts in English spontaneously and with confidence • Intermediate background in excel (Pivot, Lookup – not basic excel) • Experience in Total Rewards is a plus
