Job Description

*Based on the seniority of the customer & as appropriate, support senior colleagues with facilitating/executing Corporate Mobility services including but not limited to assignments & transfers (accompanied/un-accompanied) , that may comprise some or all, of the services pertaining to business case assessments, briefing calls, policy advisory, cost estimates, immigration & tax (income/social) advisory/delivery, vendor liaison, facilitation of destination services/corporate housing, navigate exceptions & sponsor approvals, preparation of internal & external documentation, delivery of provisions & relocation reimbursements.

*As appropriate, co-ordinate/execute operations & deliverables. Seek advice on next steps & take actions where relevant. Involve respective team leads, key stakeholders & domain experts in the service delivery process.

*Execute vendor payments, recoveries & accruals per agreed scope & delivery framework.

*Communicate with vendors at the operational level to resolve issues & facilitate efficient delivery of services.

*Familiarize with vendor assessments & share operational experiences with the respective leads

*Take steps as directed, for the application of vendor programs, services, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and scope changes.


*Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree *Customer Interaction handling *Work Planning and Management *SLA Management *Good to average communication and comprehension skills *Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong *Regular Shift, 9am-6pm
