- Job description

• Create, implement and manage a program
office function in support of the execution of
delivery or product work
• Monitor and report progress to key
stakeholders
• May have responsibilities for the financial
and operational management
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree • At least 3 years managerial experience in the BPO industry • Preferably with knowledge of IP routing protocols, Ethernet, ATM, DSL technology, CISCO or networking • Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills • Good English communication skills • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
