Job Description

The Workplace Service Delivery Analyst will be the Point of contact providing consultative guidance to different WORKPLACE functional teams regarding project wide and client audits. S/He has a client facing role and acts as liaison for audits.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with difference gear leads on their compliance to ISMS

• Asset Inventory

• Periodic Access Review of Nab groups, sharepoint, shared drive, WORKPLACE or global managed systems.

• Roll in and Roll off process

• Conduct internal audits against ISMS, BCM, Legal compliance,

• Assists various functional groups in identifying problem areas and coming up with mutually agreeable solutions.

• Monitor metrics and action plans from different functional team.

• Act as point of contact for WORKPLACE in certification activities which may include Information security (ISO27001), Business continuity (ISO27001), SSAE16, PCMM and other client related audits.

• In certain cases act as system administrator for WORKPLACE SharePoint site.

• Provide guidance in preparation of audit for WORKPLACE functional teams.

• Serves as a point of contact on gathering client audit requirements and preparing WORKPLACE for the actual audit proper.

• Analyze audit statistics and provide recommendation.

• Conduct ISMS assessment for WORKPLACE 3rd party vendors

• Document requirements of L3 secured bay area through operating level agreement


Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course, preferably IT related fields • Must have at least 1 year audit and compliance background • Must have at least 2 years ISMS experience • Excellent communications skills
