•OVERALL PURPOSE

Process accurate and timely plan set up into Aetna Systems utilizing Aetna policy guidelines and in accordance with key performance measures and first claim/first call resolution. Improvement of financial results by reducing losses associated with non-payment. Acts as team lead of the project.



RESPONSIBILITIES



The Case Installation Team Lead serves as escalation point for Audit results for plan benefit and structure, contracts and certificates into client systems utilizing policy guidelines and in accordance with key performance measures.

Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to (* denotes essential functions)

• Review Internal audit findings

• Identifies error risk or internal audit strategy

• Performs audit using the audit tool and all identified resources - checklists, client procedures, and audit assessment template

• Performs trending analysis as needed

• Delivers work within standard timing

• Performs rush audits as necessary

• Performs recheck audit as necessary

• Delivers work as per productivity targets and quality standards based on scorecard requirements

• Leads internal Quality calibration meetings

• Receives and conducts internal audit for Legislation Review

• May be tasked to process/be in production to ensure alignment to current procedures and or assist in inventory as needed

• May be tasked to facilitate up training or knowledge checks as needed
