Service Delivery Ops Specialist
• Oversee and manage a team of Content Moderators
• Develop and administer team schedules and performance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and communicate to delivery lead and Client teams
• Serve as a leader within the team
• Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead
• Interface effectively with Client team
• Manage the performance of the team and act as the team’s career counsellor.
• Open to working 24*7 shift. Night shift will be 1 month in every quarter.
• College Graduate • 5 - 8 years of experience preferably with 2 years of domain • Team handling experience must. • Client interfacing • Person should have good coaching and feedback skills logical thinking and Analytical frame of mind, Great Language and Communication skills • People Oriented
