A seasoned leader, with proven strategic and governance capabilities who will lead the Workplace team ‘into the New’, and support the Workplace Managing Director in articulating the vison for Workplace of the future.

She/he will be responsible for effectively managing the delivery of Workplace Services across Philippines Locations. Develop a mid and long term vision and strategy for Workplace in the Philippines. Drive innovative change, collaborate with stakeholders and global peers to create a workplace that is fit for purpose in our ever evolving digital environment.

This role will be positioned as a successor to the Workplace Managing Director in Philippines. Develop and retain an effective team that is adaptable to the ever-changing environment, that has a global outlook and is outcome focused

Have a continuous improvement mindset that anticipates business needs in the short and longer term planning process. Be a strong business advisor and partner by demonstrating subject matter expertise and influencing key business decisions.
Develop, implement and run processes that utilize digital tools and technology to that create innovative and efficient outcomes. ‘Value’ driven financial decision making and analytics.

Effective Supplier Management with a partnership driven approach leading to a successful and sustainable long terms relationship with our key suppliers. Ensure adherence to statutory and other compliance requirements thereby protecting Accenture and its clients from potential risks and exposures.
20+ years with last 10 years in management with at least last 2 years in a leadership role Management Degree Global experience will be considered as an added advantage - Strategic thinker and future ready - Business Planning and Analytics - Leadership persona - Core Competency (People/processes) Experienced in leading Change Management. - High adaptability towards new technologies (cloud/IoT/Digital/Automation etc.) and concepts
