Job Description

The Graphics and Production Analyst will be tasked to fulfill the day-to-day graphic requirements requested of the team. S/he will primarily be conceptualization and production of marketing and communications collateral for print and digital media for internal and external audiences.


• Meeting requestors, design leads and senior designers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;

• Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;

• Estimating the time required to complete the work;

• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

• Conducting ocular inspection for facility branding

• Helps research, create, and execute strategic designs

• Management of proofing process to ensure that the final collateral produced is of the highest quality

• Conducting photo/video shoots of various scenarios including events, interviews, scripted scenes


• Graduate of any course related to creative design, film studies or cinematography • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in print design (newspaper/magazine) • Knowledgeable in print process (i.e. proofing), layout and meticulous with details • Up-to-date with current industry standards latest visual communications/media trends and technology in the field of print design • Advanced knowledge in Adobe InDesign • Proficient in both Mac and Windows environment • Must be a creative, imaginative artist to help produce print materials and facility branding • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc. • Demonstrable creativity with a strong portfolio • Basic photography and video shooting; video editing and motion graphics is a plus
