The Training Specialist is primarily responsible for leading Capability Development initiatives in BPO Operations. S/he will be managing design, development, delivery, and evaluation of programs deployed across the workforce. This may include knowledge transfer projects, pre-process and process training, communication, domain, and functional skills development.
+ Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least three years of training experience (training design and development, training delivery, training team management)
• Background in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll or any other HR Function
