SERVICE DELIVERY SR. MANAGER

•Create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of delivery or product work.
•Monitor and report progress to key stakeholders. May have responsibilities for the financial and operational management.
•Responsible to manage a team which may include clinicians and non-clinicians charged with supporting the promotion of quality member outcomes, to optimize member benefits, and to promote effective use of resources operating in two shifts across the Care Management operation.
•Provide support to the clinical team and client team to assist in the promotion of quality member outcomes, to optimize member benefits, and to promote effective use of resources.
•Supports the procedures that ensure adherence to medical policy and member benefits in providing service that is medically appropriate, high quality, and cost effective.
•Gathers information and conducts pre-review screening under the guidance and direction of US licensed health professionals.
•Provide support in gathering of information and perform support functions for wellness programs, health management programs and preventative care opportunities that the member may have as part of their benefits.
SERVICE DELIVERY SR. MANAGER •Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree •At least 2 years managerial experience in a BPO industry •Requires problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
