The positions holder will support HR Transitions projects on process design and enhancements as well as tool design, testing and migration. He/she is also expected to support the delivery of one or two of the following HR processes working with the Process Owner and the Service Delivery teams: Onboarding, Regularization, One IJP/ACM, Performance Management/Performance Achievement, Promotion, Exit Management. He/She is responsible for the development and maintenance of the regular reporting requirements by the business as well as the delivery of ad hoc report requested from time to time.
* Support projects and initiatives. Assist in the design and development of innovative HR programs and policies on one or two of these HR processes: Onboarding, Regularization, One IJP/ACM, Performance Management/Performance Achievement, Promotion, Exit Management.
* Support the delivery of one or two of the following HR Transitions processes: Onboarding, Regularization, One IJP/ACM, Performance Management/Performance Achievement, Promotion, Exit Management`
* Work with CFR team to develop and deploy reporting requirements for each process he/she is responsible for
* Assist in tracking appropriate service levels are being delivered by the Service Delivery Teams and may recommend actions to further improve service offerings and/or reduce costs. * Create and implement short-term, tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets.
* Analyze performance metrics and provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required. Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal and business requirements.
* Develop and/or maintain the HR Transitions Dashboard
* Serve as a point of contact and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
* Facilitate team work and process integration across the broader HR team.
* College Graduate * Atleast 4 years of working experience * Knowledge in the following: - Microsoft Office Excel and Visio - Stakeholder Management - Reporting and Basic Analytics * Working experience in any industry
