Japanese multilingual team lead is primarily responsible in managing day to day work of a small group of processors handling Human Resources processes for Japanese clients which includes performance management, recruitment, employee and organization data management, payroll administration, and global mobility to ensure quality and timely provision of human resource services. This position is also responsible to communicate with client counterparts to discuss

• Native Japanese or non-Japanese who are proficiency in using Japanese preferably with JLPT N1 certificate. Working experience using Japanese language is an advantage. • Proficiency in English is also required for the role. • Bachelor’s degree holder in any field are preferred. • Working experience in any area of human resources is advantage but not required. • Experience in managing a small work group.
