• Drive Business Excellence for Automation, Innovation, Cost To Serve Savings, Operational Maturity and improvement ideas
• Identify and implement breakthrough improvements across operations
• Mentor Business Advisors (Project Managers) on process improvement initiatives
• Monitor projects and report progress to key stakeholders
• Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification
• Drive and support the execution of Gen 4 projects through the operational excellence agenda
• Manage end to end cost to serve projects for clients
• Collaborate with client/ internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive client value through operations maturity
• Drive strategic quality plan at the operational level, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure success in the deployment of operational excellence practices
BUSINESS EXCELLENCE ASSOCIATE MANAGER • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years work experience leading Lean and Six Sigma projects in the BPO Industry • Expertise in Business Process Transformation, Continuous Improvement and Project Management • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills
