The People Mobility Case Management Associate Manager manages the delivery of mobility services (from demand planning to pre-assignment activities, during assignment until repatriation of cross border employees, whether inbound and outbound. S/He acts as the escalation contact for key stakeholders and business entities on all case management-related matters. The role is also responsible for monitoring and reporting performance of Case Management resources ensuring key business/delivery objectives and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Case Management Tower leads and their team(s) to ensure services and initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments

• Track, measure and submit performance data/reports to be used in managing operations, mitigating performance issues/risks and addressing other mobility-related information requirements of the business. Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required.

• Ensure that processes and procedures are compliant with internal/external quality, compliance policies and immigration laws/regulations.

• Drive continuous improvements to processes, tools, metrics and training, based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from process users and other stakeholders to drive further efficiencies in the organization

• Review status reports and action item logs to identify issues; address risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders or action item assignees or raise them to the attention of senior management for further direction
•Graduate of any 4-year course •Must be an expert in Visa & Immigration Mobility, preferably with experience in US and other countries end to end process and knowledgeable until visa stamping process •Experience in Operational Management/Excellence •Strong Stakeholder Management •Strong people management, preferably handled at least 10(or above) direct reports •Background in Risk management is a plus
