Design and drive effective implementation of strategic HR programs and projects. Ensure HR employees are informed, integrated and enabled. Act as the SME - supporting teams, applying deep expertise and knowledge.
• Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Interaction is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
• Some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Graduate of bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at 11 years of experience in Human Resources
o Minimum 4 years’ experience in talent operations, talent management, performance achievement, project management, shared services experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in people management
• Preferably with strong experience in analytics and data management – reporting, providing insights.
• Permanent Work from home
• Work Schedule: 9am-6pm, Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs
