Responsible for providing support to the Conduct and Compliance team by giving guidance and advice to the employees on matters relating to employment law compliance, performance, investigations, policy and administration of the Disciplinary procedure. Provides support to team initiatives in relation to Code of Business Ethics and Discipline Policy.
QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Graduate of any 4yr course. (2) At least 2 years HR experience, with focus on Employee Relations and Labor relations. (3) Familiar with local labor laws. (4) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
