- Job description

- Provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or assigned projects or units to include staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications.







- Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented.







- Provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues and will provide input into resource planning activities.







- Makes recommendations and suggests solutions within their own group which is typically a standard team with medium to high complexity.
- College Graduate - At least 7 years of HR related work experience, at least 3 years of which in a supervisory capacity - Preferably with 2 years project management experience.
