The Local Executive Support Assistant provides professional secretarial and administrative support to various Managing Directors in APAC & ANZ based on the documented processes and in compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
* Independently completes variety of assigned tasks (including transaction-based) to meet goals under general supervision and/or established guidelines, working in a teaming environment. Secretarial and administrative support includes but is not limited to the following: calendar management, making complex travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, other support staff, and customer relations, preparing documents and correspondence according to company guidelines, research and gathering of information from identified sources, handling big events and assisting with special projects.
* Use service request management tools appropriately to record work activities.
